Harrison Ford to Return in Indiana Jones 5?

At 72 Harrison Ford is a busy man and a busy actor who doesn’t seem to show much hint of slowing down.  He’s been out promoting Star Wars: The Force Awakens (even after breaking his ankle on set and being involved in a plane crash last year.) and now a Total Film interview (reported on via Den of Geek) with Frank Marshall suggests that he’s about to return to the second of his 3 iconic film roles.

Indiana Jones 5 has been simmering in the background for some time now.  Both Steven Spielberg and Harrison Ford have said they would like to be involved in a fifth movie.  Of course the most recent rumors circling around Dr. Jones have been that Chris Pratt would don the fedora and whip for the next show.

If anyone knows what’s going on it would be the man who has been either producer or executive producer on every Indiana Jones movie.

“There are a lot of rumours,” Frank Marshall admitted. “We haven’t even sat down to talk about Indy yet… at some point we’ll sit down. But there’s a bunch of people who could probably take the baton. (BUT!) “We’re not doing the Bond thing where we’re going to call somebody else Indiana Jones…we have to figure this out.”
